MM will give you a region # in the art request. Region # is displayed in each pdf. The region # is for adding additional pests after the mandatory list or if more bullet points can fit in between the mandatory bullets in the display ads. (Reference Template)

If there’s room; Add more pests to the mandatory pest list from the region # list
Tagline above Addresses: Some MM’s might put “For Your Home or Business” in the art request. But that tagline is only for Display Ads. We still use the Residential & Commercial tagline for the in-column listings. Reference Template for correct word usage.
CA Directories: Finding Line is ORKIN
DEX/SPR: “U” ads feature a Red Outside Border and Finding Line (Reference Template)
License Numbers: Place as a bullet point underneath the pests list bullet

Display:

Quality Pro Logo: For size under FP/HP, remove text underneath the logo
Credit Card Logos: Were part of the old template, should no longer be in ads anymore
CA Directories: “FREE” is to be removed from Call To Action, Unique Toll Free Number
Toll Free Number: Standard number is 1-866-284-2500, Toll Free Number changes in Pacific Region directories, reference pdf for the new number
TX & FL Directories (Majority): Must have a full address listed underneath phone number (Provided by MM)
CT & TN Directories: Must include license number (Provided by MM)
Bed Bug Disclaimer: Certain Regions must include a bed bug disclaimer. An asterisk would be placed after the last letter of the finding line and disclaimer to be placed at the bottom left of the ad. See “Regions” for which directories will have disclaimer.
